this wheel-thrown spoon rest is made of a porcelain clay. it is glazed in satin white with a very thin overlapping band of rutile blue that creates a sandy tan band in the middle. it seems blue collected near the rim of the rest for a very quiet, but gorgeous pop of color!

it measures 4 ½ inches across and is a half inch tall
