roundy bowls are fun!

this wheel-thrown bowl is made of white stoneware clay and is glazed in pale celadon. it features a series of lines as embellishment near the rim that allow glimpses of the bare clay body. this shape is wonderfully pleasing to see and to hold would work well for dinner dishes like curries, soups or rice dishes.

it measures just over 3 ½ inches tall and and is slightly under 6 ¼ inches across at its widest with a 5 ¼ inch opening.
