this wheel-thrown mug is made of dark stoneware clay which is stretched with sodium silicate creating soft crackling on the exterior body that is highlighted with black iron oxide and then gently polished. the interior and top exterior is glazed in a bright cornflower blue that pairs so well with the dark clay. where the glaze breaks into the stretched clay is everything!

it measures just under 3 ½ inches tall; it holds 14oz

created for daily use, this latte size mug is dishwasher and microwave safe. it is made with food safe glazes that are lead and cadmium free
