this wheel-thrown spoon rest is made of high-fire dark stoneware clay. it is glazed in bright white and moss green (i promise) but the kiln gods had a different plans for the final result. the bright white went a bit satin and toasty in color yet it complements the moss green which has gone into a graphite gray situation here. oversized with a metallic appearance, this spoon rest is one of a kind!
