this wheel-thrown spoon rest is made of a high-fire stoneware/porcelain mixed clay. it features a trio of colors: bright white and gray-blue with a rich, dark band of blue in the middle where the two glazes overlap. gray-blue comes with some white speckling on the outer walls giving a falling snow appearance to the winter scene.
