this wheel-thrown garlic and ginger grater is made of white stoneware clay. quite striking, it is glazed with shiny black that breaks to a light tan color over the texture while the rim is glazed in contrasting bright white. the dish features oval cutouts spreading outwards towards the wall. the texturing will do easy grating on your garlic gloves and knobs of ginger while being simple to clean.
