classic design!

this wheel-thrown coffee pour-over is made of white stoneware clay. it is glazed in silky white that looks a touch more cream colored but the glazing highlights the internal throw lines and the cone shows a bit of bare clay where it meets the saucer. being a somewhat casual coffee fan, this brewer is best for me for a single cup at work or a nice, warm decaf in the evening. this brewer fits best with a #2 filter, the saucer fits over most mugs and features an air hole that allows air to escape as the coffee brews into the mug.
