blue abounds!

this wheel-thrown and slab built bookend pair is made of a white stoneware and is glazed with cornflower blue and gray-blue, creating white speckling near the top! the jar was thrown on the wheel and bisected then attached to slabs to create bookends that hold items within as well as without! it can hold stationary items, dried blooms and flowers, or a variety of utensils!

each piece measures 3 ½ inches across, the opening is 2 ¼ inches and it measures 4 ½ inches tall

while not intended for food or beverage purposes, the bookend is made with lead and cadmium free glazes and is dishwasher safe
